We are now looking for Electrical Engineers to join our expanding team in Kristiansand, Norway.

Our team of close to 60 highly specialized and experienced multidisciplinary engineering professionals is keen to collaborate with you on the A-Z execution of our clients’ projects where you are certain to have an individual impact on the sustainable transformation of the energy sector!  

Responsibilities and Tasks covered by the discipline:

  • Design general electrical systems
  • Create electrical system descriptions/philosophies
  • Conduct electrical analyses/calculations (short circuit, dynamic, load flow, harmonics, and relay coordination)
  • Stay updated on the market when it comes to electrical systems and solutions
  • Interface with sub-suppliers and vendors
  • Specify and follow-up power system deliveries


Desired Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

  • You have three years of relevant experience, preferably, and a technical degree (fagbrev), bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical field of study. Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in energy storage systems, power regeneration, and renewables/offshore wind is preferred
  • You have a familiarity with electrical calculation programmes (EDSA, FEBDOK etc.)
  • You are knowledgeable within applicable standards and regulations
  • You are a flexible and motivated team player focused on continued improvement
  • You are engaged in finding the best solutions and delivering quality results
  • You are professionally proficient in English, both written and verbal, and have sufficient verbal Norwegian skills
  • You are a clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills
