We are now looking for Engineers within Natural- and Working Environment to join our expanding team in Kristiansand, Norway.

Our team of close to 60 highly specialized and experienced multidisciplinary engineering professionals is keen to collaborate with you on the A-Z execution of our clients’ projects where you are certain to have an individual impact on the sustainable transformation of the energy sector!  

Responsibilities and Tasks covered by the discipline:

• Establish requirements with respect to working environment for the design and perform working environment analysis and reviews
• Develop the working environment philosophies, area charts, working environment program etc.
• Develop the natural environment philosophies, documentation and perform analysis and reviews
• Ensure that natural- and working Environment engineering is an integrated part of project execution

 Follow up natural- and working environment work related to:

• Noise and vibration
• Arrangements
• Ergonomics
• Human Factor
• Chemical exposure
• Illumination
• Procurement packages etc.
• Indoor climate and outdoor operation studies
• Emissions

Desired Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• You have three years of relevant experience, preferably, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical field of study. Graduates are encouraged to apply
• You are knowledgeable within applicable standards and regulations
• You are a flexible and motivated team player focused on continued improvement
• You are engaged in finding the best solutions and delivering quality results
• You are professionally proficient in English, both written and verbal, and have sufficient verbal Norwegian skills
• You are a clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills
